Where is the pop-up event located?
Please join us at Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood. The exact suite location will be shared once your appointment is confirmed.
How long will my appointment last?
Each appointment is approximately 60 minutes, allowing you to explore our curated collection and enjoy a personalized styling experience with our team.
Will all collections be available to view?
A curated collection of our Fall/Holiday collection will be on-hand as well as complimentary customization with purchase & styling to make every
piece uniquely yours.
Can I purchase pieces during my appointment?
Yes, purchases and special orders can be made during your appointment and complimentary gift wrapping will be available. We accept credit card payments only at the event.
Is parking available?
Yes, valet parking is available at Sunset Tower Hotel, as well as public and street parking near the hotel for your convenience.
Can I bring a guest?
We welcome you to share your appointment with a guest, please note space is limited, so kindly include their name when confirming your RSVP.
Do I need to prepare anything for my appointment?
We recommend browsing our site ahead of time to note any specific pieces you’d like to see at the Sydney Evan event. If there are items you’d love to view in person, please email the links to rsvp@sydneyevan.com so we can have them ready for your appointment.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
If your plans change, please email RSVP@sydneyevan.com at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate other guests.
What if I'm running late for my appointment?
We will hold your appointment for no more than 10 minutes after your scheduled time. If you are unable to join, please email us to reschedule your appointment.
