Gift Wrap is available for all Sydney Evan purchases and is complimentary.  Please check the gift wrap option during the check-out process for any items that require gift wrap. All Sydney Evan purchases come in our signature Sydney Evan pouch and gift box.

Order Status

We will email order status updates to the email address you provide at check-out. Updates will include order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details, as well as notification of any delays or requests for additional information.

Repairs

At Sydney Evan quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. If you should experience the need for repair on any Sydney Evan jewelry item please email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). Please reference your Name, Address, Order Number and Repair Issue. You will be provided a Repair Authorization Number which must be clearly labeled on the package.

Sydney Evan will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 120 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 120 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.

Our Repairs Processing Center only accepts repairs for items purchased on SydneyEvan.com. Repairs for items purchased at one of our Retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase and cannot be accepted through the SydneyEvan.com Returns Processing Center.

International

At this time we cannot ship internationally for orders placed on SydneyEvan.com. However, with additional verification, we may be able to process your order by phone/fax. Credit Cards

Sydney Evan accepts the following credit cards:

Your card will be charged at the time you place your order. You will be asked to provide your Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, Security Code and Billing Address. We are only able to ship to your Credit Card Billing Address at this time.

We do not currently accept credit cards with an international billing address.

Materials Used

Sydney Evan uses a variety of materials to make our pieces. Any metal you see used in our product is 14k gold. 18k gold is available by special order only. Our black-rhodium charms are made from 14k-gold coated in black rhodium. Rhodium is a member of the platinum family. Depending on the piece we pavé our jewelry in a variety of stones, most commonly diamonds, a wide-range of colored sapphires and sometimes garnets and amethyst. Order Cancellations

Regular orders may be canceled anytime prior to shipping. If you wish to cancel an order after shipping please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section for return instructions.

We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for items canceled once they have been shipped. For cancelled orders placed using our free shipping option, customer will be responsible for any shipping charges we incur to ship your package, if package has been shipped prior to notification of cancellation. All shipping charges for cancelled orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Special Orders and Custom Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed into production.

Sales Tax

Sydney Evan charges Sales Tax for any orders shipped to an address in California.  All orders shipped within Los Angeles County will be charged 8.75% sales tax. Orders shipped to all other counties within California will be charged the statewide sales tax rate of 7.25%.

Returns & Exchanges

Extended Valentine’s Day Return Policy:

Unworn, unaltered jewelry with tags attached and in its original packaging that has been purchased on Sydneyevan.com between February 1st, 2012 and February 14th, 2012 may be returned for refund or exchange through February 24th, 2012 according to the following terms:

Jewelry Care

Beaded Bracelets:
Each Sydney Evan beaded bracelet is made from the highest quality materials. These materials
are often cut from natural sources and the use of hairsprays, lotions, colognes or perfumes can
alter the natural state of the materials used. For this reason our bracelets are highly sensitive to
waterand wearing them while sleeping, showering, exercising, or in a pool or sauna
should be avoided.These elements can weaken the elastic cord that holds the bracelet
together and can contribute to breakage in the future if not cared for properly.

To ensure the longevity of your Sydney Evan beaded bracelet, ROLL the bracelet on or off your
arm, rather than pull, stretch or tug on the beads. Repetitive tugging and pulling can cause
the elasticto weaken and break over time and should be avoided. To maintain the beauty
of your beaded bracelets, we recommend cleaning the beads by using mineral oil that has
been wiped off with a soft, white cloth.

Chains:
Just like other fine chains, both our link and Bolita chains can be delicate and should be treated
with the utmost care. Do not pull or tug on them. They are fine jewelry too and should be treated
as such in order to prevent damage.

14k Gold:
Please use caution when applying hairsprays, lotions, colognes and perfumes when wearing
Sydney Evan jewels. Their application may cause the metal to tarnish. When cleaning fine
jewelry it is always best to leave it to a professional as many home cleaning methods
may cause damage.

Shipping

Sydney Evan offers free shipping via UPS Ground (within the Continental United States) for any purchases over $200. Please note that we cannot offer free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. This applies to merchandise purchased on SydneyEvan.com only.

Rates for our other shipping options (via UPS) are as follows:

Continental US:
2nd Day- $33 (please allow for processing time*expected delivery 3-5 business days)

Overnight Next Day Air*$50 (please allow for processing time*expected delivery 1-4 business days)

Alaska & Hawaii
2nd Day- $65 (please allow for processing time*expected delivery 3-5 business days)

Orders placed on SydneyEvan.com will ship within 2 business days from the day they are placed. Orders for Beaded Bracelets will ship within 3 days from the date they are placed. Please be aware of this processing time when selecting your shipping option. Sydney Evan is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has left our care. All shipments are fully-insured and require signature confirmation.  Your order will be shipped once your transaction is approved.  At this time we are only able to ship to the customer’s credit card billing address.  If you would like to ship to an address other than your credit card billing address, we may be able to process your order with additional verification. Some orders may require additional verification.  For your protection, our associates may contact you by email or by phone to verify your order. Packages are delivered Monday-Friday. Sydney Evan cannot assume responsibility for UPS shipping delays.

Special Orders

Special Orders placed on SydneyEvan.com are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Any item purchased using our Special Order option will be considered a final sale. Special orders cannot be canceled once they have been put into production.
