At Sydney Evan quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. If you should experience the need for repair on any Sydney Evan jewelry item please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please reference your Name, Address, Order Number and Repair Issue. You will be provided a Repair Authorization Number which must be clearly labeled on the package.
Sydney Evan will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 120 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 120 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis. Sydney Evan does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn.
Our Repairs Processing Center only accepts repairs for items purchased on SydneyEvan.com. Repairs for items purchased at one of our Retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase and cannot be accepted through the SydneyEvan.com Returns Processing Center.

Orders placed on SydneyEvan.com will ship within 1 business day from the day they are placed. Orders placed before 12pm PST Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm PST, Monday-Friday or during the weekend will ship the following business day. Please be aware of this processing time when selecting your shipping option.
Packages are delivered via UPS, Monday-Friday only. All shipments are fully-insured and require signature confirmation. We are not able to ship to PO Box Addresses. Please contact email@example.com with any special shipping requests.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES
Sydney Evan does not accept returns on any orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States. All purchases shipped outside of the United States are Final Sale. Once shipped, international orders cannot be cancelled. Special orders cannot be cancelled. Refused international shipments will be abandoned and will not be refunded.
HOW TO PLACE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER
We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
Checkout by clicking the “Outside the U.S.?” button located in your shopping bag, or during checkout choose your international shipping location from the country drop down menu. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo’s Secure International Checkout where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment. There may be instances where duties cannot be pre-calculated for certain products. Buyer is still responsible for all duties and fees associated with the shipment. Free shipping is not offered for orders shipped outside the continental U.S.
Shipments to France & India may require the use of an outside clearance broker to facilitate clearance of your order. This may increase your landing cost. Please contact Bongo International with any questions regarding this process prior to placing your order.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address.

Sydney Evan charges Sales Tax for any orders shipped to an address in California. All orders shipped within Los Angeles County will be charged 9% sales tax. Orders shipped to all other counties within California will be charged the statewide sales tax rate of 7.5%.

Gift Wrap is available for all Sydney Evan purchases shipping to a US shipping address. To add gift wrap your order, please visit the Shopping Bag and check the gift wrap box next to the items that need gift wrap. All Sydney Evan purchases come in our signature Sydney Evan pouch. At this time gift wrap is not available for International shipments.
Each Sydney Evan beaded bracelet is made from the highest quality materials. These materials
are often cut from natural sources and the use of hairsprays, lotions, colognes or perfumes can
alter the natural state of the materials used. For this reason our bracelets are highly sensitive to
waterand wearing them while sleeping, showering, exercising, or in a pool or sauna
should be avoided.These elements can weaken the elastic cord that holds the bracelet
together and can contribute to breakage in the future if not cared for properly.
To ensure the longevity of your Sydney Evan beaded bracelet, ROLL the bracelet on or off your
arm, rather than pull, stretch or tug on the beads. Repetitive tugging and pulling can cause
the elastic to weaken and break over time and should be avoided. To maintain the beauty
of your beaded bracelets, we recommend cleaning the beads by using mineral oil that has
been wiped off with a soft, white cloth.
Just like other fine chains, both our link and Bolita chains can be delicate and should be treated
with the utmost care. Do not pull or tug on them. Chains should be treated
delicately in order to prevent damage.
Please use caution when applying hairsprays, lotions, colognes and perfumes when wearing
Sydney Evan jewels. Their application may cause the metal to tarnish. When cleaning fine
jewelry it is always best to leave it to a professional as many home cleaning methods
may cause damage.
Sydney Evan Materials:
All pieces from the Sydney Evan collection are 14k gold (with the exception of Shy by Sydney Evan). 18k gold is available by special order only. Our black-rhodium charms are made from 14k-gold coated in black rhodium. Rhodium is a member of the platinum family. Depending on the piece we pavé our jewelry in a variety of stones, most commonly diamonds, a wide-range of colored sapphires and sometimes garnets and amethyst. Our beads are made from a variety of precious and semi-precious stones. Please ask The Concierge at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details on our materials used.
Shy by Sydney Evan Materials:
All Shy by Sydney Evan pieces are sterling silver and are plated in either 14k gold or white rhodium. Rhodium is a member of the platinum family. In addition each Shy by Sydney Evan piece features a tiny bezel-set diamond.
